POSITIONS:

MANAGEMENT - At Mann Theatres our #1 priority is to offer the best customer service possible.  Management is the start in all we do at each location.  You lead by example. We are extremely passionate to make customers movie going experience the most exciting imaginable.  We emphasize a positive, fun, yet strict work environment in order to make you 100% successful while utilizing our 4 core values in all you do.  Lastly, you will provide leadership and development, as well as communicate expectations to all associates in a professional, positive, and safe work environment.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Customer service is a priority in everything you do.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations in the theater. 

• Inspire and coach all staff utilizing the four "Mann Theatres core values" - Teamwork, Respect For All Innovation, and Passion. 

• 5-7 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Be available nights, weekends and holidays. 

• Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.

• Listen, communicate and work to resolve customer & all staff concerns.

• Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.

• Create polices, manage and delegate duties for assistant managers as well as regular staff.

• Manage bar tenders - at our Plymouth Grand 15 location

• Plan the use of marketing, management and or administrative materials -  personnel, purchasing, inventory, banking, knowledge of projectors and scheduling. 

• Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards 

• Balance daily box office and concession sales.

• Interview, hire, recruit and train.

 

BOX OFFICE CASHIER

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Customer service is a priority in everything you do. 

• Greeting customers with a smile, reading a computer screen to assist them in choosing their seats

• Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards  

• Keep the box clean while utilizing our daily checklists

• Be available nights, weekends and holidays. 

• Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.

• Answer the phone

• Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.

 

CONCESSIONER

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Customer service is a priority in everything you do. 

• Greeting customers with a smile, taking their order fast and efficient 

• Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards  

• Keep concession area clean and organzied while utilizing our daily checklists

• Be available nights, weekends and holidays. 

• Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.

• Prepare and deliver hot food items

• Up-sell

• Be very personable and talkative 

• Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.

 

USHER

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

• Customer service is a priority in everything you do. 

• Greeting customers with a smile, taking their ticket and directing them where to go

• Be comfortable working with high volumes of cash and or credit cards  

• Assist with crowd control and seating guests

• Making sure the customer enjoys the best movie going experience possible

• Be available nights, weekends and holidays. 

• Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors and corporate partners.

• Keep the lobby, hallways, theaters, and restrooms clean and organized at all times

• Be very personable and talkative 

• Deliver timely results with minimal supervision.
